Summary

Responsible for providing support to the Finance and Sales & Distribution departments. Primary focus is on price level and promotions maintenance in Netsuite, reviewing distributor bill backs and deductions from invoices and communicating and reporting this information effectively. Responsible for item maintenance of sales items. The objective is to monitor and manage the communication flow between Sales, Finance and the distributors to ensure timely and accurate bill backs and accurate pricing for promotions. Accuracy and focus on timely completion of tasks required.

Essential Functions

  • Inputs and maintains customer specific pricing in Netsuite, including specific promotions
  • Assists with analysis and estimation of monthly bill backs for GAAP accounting
  • Inputs and maintains items and new products with accurate components and tracking within Netsuite, ensuring proper accounting treatment
  • Maintains Excel spreadsheets with pricing data; promotes periodic pricing reviews

Job Duties

  • Reviews and approves all distributor bill backs/deductions taken from invoices
  • Answers inquiries and researches problems regarding pricing in a timely manner
  • Interfaces with sales team and customers regarding programs and promotions
  • Works with the AR team to reconcile accounts impacted by bill backs
  • Works under time constraints and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistent communication
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement; creates and improves internal processes to simplify communication around pricing and new pricing programs
  • Completes tasks and projects in a timely manner, balancing multiple demands but continuing to meet critical deadlines
  • Performs reporting as needed to both Sales and Finance
  • Works independently with minimal supervision
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including support to the Finance team as needed

Supervisory responsibilities

  •  No direct reports.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience in accounting or related roles that demonstrate the skills needed

Summary

Support our commitment to exceptional customer service.  This full time position will work closely with the Wholesale team, Production and others in an ever-expanding retail market to ensure that our grocery accounts are receiving an exceptional level of customer service.  The ideal candidate will create positive and lasting relationships with our vendors, catering to the needs of store owners and managers at each store to fulfill specific requests. The position will require multi-tasking, confidence in dealing with a variety of personalities and helping different departments ensure that quality standards are being maintained at each store.

Essential Functions

  • Key point of contact for all delivery, ordering and fulfillment matters for grocery accounts
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with Customer Support, Production, Sales and management teams
  • Fulfill grocery coffee orders with precision, including direct merchandising, placing orders for accounts and managing pars
  • Help manage and perform demos among all grocery accounts across the channel of business, including whole bean (drip) and Cold Brew tastings with the public; work according to prioritized demo schedule and engage other team members accordingly to fulfill
  • Check in with accounts on non-scheduled delivery days; proactive resolution of issues
  • Establish systems and lay the groundwork for customer-service standards during our expansion in grocery markets
  • Communicate with customers in a positive and supportive manner on the road, day-to-day, and on behalf of Stumptown
  • Pack and triple check customer orders of roasted coffee
  • Deliver coffee to wholesale customers and retail cafes
  • Maintain and support vendor relationships across all grocery accounts

Stumptown is looking for a killer candidate to be an installation and service tech in the NYC area. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

Essential Functions:

  • Service existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests, scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, and resolving problems.
  • Service new accounts by performing preinstall site scopes, gathering components and parts, and completing installations.
  • Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements.
  • Maintain rapport and communication with all departments within Stumptown by keeping them informed of all service issues related to their particular department job functions (sales, retail, etc…).
  • Determine whether issues are entirely technical issues vs. training or technique and relay all non-technical problems to the proper department for correction if necessary.
  • Keep personal equipment, vans, etc. operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.

Essential Functions

  • Generate sales order for wholesale customers
  • Navigate cloud-based ERP system to process orders through fulfillment
  • Co-manage inventory system with Production, Roasting, and Cold Brew
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Training, and Service departments to address the needs of our wholesale customers
  • Work closely with Accounts Receivable, maintaining accounting policies and procedures in NY office
  • Field calls and emails from wholesale customers and the public, while exhibiting a high level of customer service
  • Effectively articulate and communicate a wide array of coffee information to customers
