Duane Sorenson brunches with Bon Appétit

In celebration of the Feast Portland festivities over the weekend, Stumptown’s Duane Sorenson showed Bon Appétit how we do brunch best in the Northwest: “Invite good people, play your favorite records—loudly—and there’s gotta be plenty of good whiskey,” he says. Add fresh brewed Chemex coffee, piles of raw oysters, fresh Oregon salmon and boozy breakfast cocktails to the mix and you’ve got a Portland Feast of your own.
