We roast and ship our coffee the day after we process your order. We ship Monday-Friday, except holidays. We suggest that you only purchase enough coffee to last you up to 2 weeks from the Roast (ship) Date.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Stumptown does not guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we relinquish our coffee to USPS and FedEx, it is beyond our control. We can, however, assist you to track your package and help ensure that you do receive the freshly roasted coffee.
USPS claims that Priority Mail packages will arrive 2-5 postal days after they are shipped. FedEx Express options will allow you to have your coffee arrive within 3 days of the Roast Date as well. Please be aware that FedEx Ground may take as long as 5 shipping days to arrive (2 Day Air or Express Saver might be better options for you, especially if you’re on the East Coast).
We do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at ordering@stumptowncoffee.com or 503.230.7797. We will do what we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
